It is easy to add City Card Corporate to your employee benefits scheme. Simply fill out the details below, pay by company credit card and each named employee will receive their personal membership card and handbook. The company will ultimately remain in ownership of the card and handbook, and employees are unable to use the login section of the website. This will be controlled by the named ‘Company Representative’ as detailed below using the company membership number. Further employees can be added at a later date by accessing the login section and clicking add new member.
